I tried sand boarding in Peru 🇵🇪! It’s like snowboarding, but on sand. It’s actually harder than it looks as the sand is thick and you need more speed to make it down the dunes.

Waikiki beach in Oahu is probably the busiest beach on that island. But the best spot to learn to surf. There are a few different surf breaks that are different sized waves. Definitely great practice for me!

Do you guys like horses? I found this to be a fun activity when I wasn’t surfing or hiking. It actually requires good core strength and my legs were sore after!!

How cool is this beach?! Maybe I should start traveling more. It was nice to hike almost everyday and surf. Definitely great workouts when you don’t have your gym handy, outdoor nature gyms are the best 😍

Had fun trying this hard top longboard. It was a little skinny for my liking which made it more unstable and harder to ride .

I rode a catch surf Log. This board was a little too heavy, made it hard for me to paddle and also make turns on the waves. I will be trying a hard top surfboard, probably a nose rider which means you can walk on the board to the front of the board! 🌊🏄🏼♀️🌈🌺🌴

Wax wax wax. You will want to reapply wax after every few sessions especially if it’s hot outside the wax will melt off your surfboard!

Did you know there are different types of surf wax? Besides brands, there is cold water wax or warm water wax. Depending on your climate you want to choose accordingly so the wax doesn’t melt off!

I always make sure to rinse the salt water off of all my gear after surfing or kitesurfing. Salt can corrode or damage items !
