Balance is a huge factor when it comes to surfing. The board can feel unstable in the waves so it’s important to have balance. Here I have my knees bent which gives me more stability !

I love surfing my home beach because it’s shallow and you can walk out to the small sand bar break lol makes it easy to catch a lot of small waves and practice!

Wax wax wax . Always re apply! The wax can wear off and melt off and you need it for grip when you’re surfing!

Changing your wax on your board is important. If the wax gets super dirty it can become less sticky. I like to change my wax once it starts looking yellow and nasty 🤢
