My heart is broken. My cat passed yesterday after a month long cancer fight. It was extremely aggressive. I alluded to some things going on but didn't want to say.
I had a few hours yesterday to grieve but back on the grind starting at 4:15 today. Cardio, 2 long appointments, last legs, cardio & practice into the night. I'm so sad and drained. I don't have it in me but I have to do this. Kind words appreciated 😞

What a day! No sleep, I was feeling awful all night 😣 Pack, cook, drive, fly, get to the hotel, eat, ride organize &leave immediately for the grocery store, cook, eat, eat, gym!
The Arizona Grand Resort is HUGE!!! I had no idea! There's a whole water park, multiple pools, like 30 buildings & areas. The fitness center is incredible! I'm glad I didn't leave to pay for another entry.
Best part? Pictures sent to coach after training had him saying WOW!!!!! He REALLY believes in me 🥹😭 I can do this. I will make history and WIN THIS THING!!!

WOOF this is going to be HARD. Physically and mentally. Going through all the competition work, the official photoshoot the next morning which is a workout in itself with pumping & posing, THEN the Battle at 2pm! This is crazy! Drea and I will have just competed... Natalia was supposed to do RP as well but backed out 🫣 So for this competitive training session she'll be fresh & have the advantage... but Drea and I will look AMAZING & you know as a powerlifter too I am not quiet. I want more than anything to have fun with this!! I want to walk in with FIRST PLACE MEDAL around my neck & just pump my heart out!!
The head of Bodybuilding himself Jake Wood has encouraged us to hit it hard & lead all female divisions with our intensity. Now, this is a fine line- we want to put on a show, but we will still be dehydrated & fatigued from the effort of RP. So I CAN NOT get injured. Coach is already apprehensive about what they've asked of us. I don't blame the federation for doing what's easy since we are there, but they are asking a LOT. But what an opportunity!! 🖤📿💪🏽
