Last leg day COMPLETE! I pushed as hard as I could, to the point of being nauseous. These last few workouts are about depletion of any remaining glycogen. No carbs & very low fat in my diet. Tomorrow another depletion workout- 20 minutes of fasted cardio with glutes and abs, 30 minutes of flat treadmill after training chest and shoulders. No night cardio I think. Monday will be back and arms. No idea after that, probably some upper body circuits & walks. And LOTS OF PRACTICE. Unfortunately it looks like there's not going to be any breaks for me. The days are so filled with prep I don't get much time to myself. It's funny because it's all about me, but it's at such a high pace and with so much requirements that you hardly get to stop and take a breath. This pressure crushes people. Tonight I was lucky enough to be able to book a massage in my home! On the one hand, even though that's "rest", it's another appointment to pack in & it'll be late by the time we're done. About to shower & get it in my head that this is to relax 😂 Maybe he'll do some muscle scraping. I'll try my best to get to messages. ❤️🔥🧼🎢
