I'm a bit concerned about muscle loss. I have at least 2 more weeks until I'm cleared to start walking for exercise. I measured my booty. It's still about the same. It's always the first to go.
One thing I have going for me is muscle memory. I'm hoping to come back even stronger since I'm rid of my implants that were harmful. I will take it slow.
Side note: my lower back is still feeling great. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll have no more issues with it.🤞
