I came to Paris planning to shoot beautiful, powerful content — but instead, my body and mind shut down.
Instead of feeling inspired and ready to work, I got sick, anxious, and emotionally burned out.
I couldn’t push through — and that’s okay. It’s honest.
Right now, I don’t need to film — I need rest, care, and to come back to myself.
Sometimes, stopping is more important than forcing yourself beyond the limit.
