

Babe, I recently ate at a ramen 🍜 restaurant and remembered my favorite recipe and wanted to share it with you: First, boil the ramen and fry the chicken fillets (optional) and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Now move on to the broth: add soy sauce, mirin, sugar and salt to the broth, stir, stab carrots and add to the same. Cook broth and carrots over medium heat until carrots are soft (about 10 minutes). Then cook the egg until desired degree of doneness (soft or hard), cool it and cut it in half! Assemble ramen: put the cooked noodles in a deep bowl, pour hot broth with carrots, add fried chicken fillet (if desired), put half of the boiled egg and decorate with nori seaweed and greens. Done!
