

Stripped down and fixing to go put on workout clothes. Workouts that help me stay strong and fit are one of my top priorities.
I went to visit a gf of mine yesterday. We had tea and visited for a couple of hours. She's 32 years old, and she said she can barely lift a 24 pack of bottled water and that she needs to start lifting 5 lb dumbbells, or even 3 lbs. I encouraged her to, because time isn't kind to us if we don't work on strength and fitness.
