I'm having some back issues. Have I mentioned that? I'm lifting, but being cautious. I'm not doing HIIT because it's a lot of squatting and plank work, etc. I'm riding my spin bike and just started yoga again. Be looking for more yoga here, including bikini and nude yoga. (Nude yoga will only be inside.🤣)
