Added 2024-02-22 17:16:44 +0000 UTCI received a great report at my 4 week follow-up. Everything is healing well, and I can start walking and lifting light weights.
**One of my big concerns was whether or not the surgeon got every last little bit of the implants and capsules out during surgery. He assured me he got everything, including the silicone that was all over from the one that had ruptured. He said it was as if the implant had exploded and silicone was everywhere. No wonder I was feeling like I was going downhill fast prior to surgery. He said the inflammation probably did not stay contained to the pocket, and he mentioned that it could cause painful joints and muscles, etc., all of which I had been experiencing. My back is still doing well, btw.🙏😊
