

With the onset of cold weather, I especially feel the importance of sport. I have already noticed how regular exercise has become a source of energy and vigour for me, especially when it is grey and cold outside. 🌧️My personal successes inspire me to keep going: I have become stronger, more resilient and, most importantly, I feel how sport helps me to keep a positive attitude.Closer to winter, when we are less drawn to the outdoors, sport becomes the perfect way to combat autumn moping and apathy 🫰🏻
