I like to work out in a comfortable environment where I feel good. It saves time that I can spend on other important things. Working out at home also gives me the chance to be more creative, to experiment with exercises and to find exactly what works for me. On the other hand, I can always change my routine so I don't get bored. Do you do any sport?🙈
