COVID changes have left me feeling like I'm hovering in Limbo & my old routines are no longer relevant - so it's time to create new routines & habits. 🤗 One of the changes I want to include is a weekly live stream on here - so we can chat in real time & have a sense of community & connection during this period of isolation.
