Unfortunately some relapses are public so I'm just going to post the numbers before you question it. Yep, I regained. No, it's not okay. Bear with my current weight for a while, I will get control over my eating again. Don't let anyone fool you - these 10lbs have been physically painful to bear, especially in such a short space of time. It's not healthy to be this bmi, every part of my life is negatively impacted by this change, especially anything that involves physically moving. Shit happens. If you're in the same boat, let's get back on track.
