heeey guys... how are you.. Im busy, as always, haha.. doing million things at the same time.. my last therapy was soo good, so satisficing.. she said something really important.. I was scared I have to "fix" myself to be ready to new relationship, because I dont wanna be toxic.. I dont wanna hurt anyone.. at the same time I dont wanna feel alone.. so.. she said... she said thats the only way to change pattern, to change behavior is change it being in relationship.. creating new neuron connections, new mental habits.. the only thing I have to do is to find a person ( when Im ready) whom I can trust and feel safe to actually create new behavior.. who will not judge, will support and help.. who will understand.. who will give me time. love you guys.. I know everything is gonna be good soon

soo, my doctor appointment went well.. she explained me if/when I feel I cant stop my antidepressants (because I had thoughts like this..) I can cut my dose .. or simply just stop it.. because I have them more than year now and I have enough elements in my body.. I think I will take full tablet for few months more for sure.. and then maybe half dose.. but she gave me prescription for year more.. she said my meds are not strong.. and its very good formula for me.. so it should be easy.. but only when I'm ready haha.. so, all is good 😇
