I slept/ rested most of the day, till 2pm when I got ready for the winners circle photo shoot! My body is definitely fatigued.. I've got a mobile IV service lined up to come to my room tomorrow and provide me with some physical resources to recover. Sorry if I haven't been able to get to your message! Long post, but it's update time! So many good things have happened to today and the frustration, grind and sacrifice of prep is slowly coming to an end After a pretty busy day, I'm finally back at the room. Last tan was at 9:15.. I actually had a security detail esc0rt me back to the elevators as to avoid the crowds. How Cool is that? I didn't see anyone else getting esc0rted!
Right now I'm about to eat a burger and a little bit of dessert, per coaches orders. I have several videos for you guys! You can only have two devices signed into the Wi-Fi at a time, so I'll have to figure out how to get them uploaded &to you in time :)
I want to say again how much I appreciate you all and your patience! Coaches had me in a pretty strict execution plan so there has not been any time to play. It's my time to work. But you all will be seeing the results and I think you're just going to lose your s*** like I did!!!
This comp is SO BIG. Bigger than I even imagined. What's interesting is that I can feel the other athletes thinking about me... and wondering how we will all compare. Everyone has been super nice but tomorrow at some point we WILL battle. I MUST BE READY.

The girl doing my tan thought I looked so good that she asked if she could film a video of my back getting sprayed!! I'm telling you everyone is super impressed with how I look and *no one* has matched my conditioning. I heard that from the tanning artist herself 😈

Tuesday night!! *2nd to last lift* is complete.
The lighting here is NOTHING like the lights in the posing room at Powerhouse Las Vegas. I swear I saw things today that I have never seen in myself before... I thought, maybe it's a trick of the mirror... because I actually thought I look BIG. My SO said, there were no tricks in that room.. was all honesty. Said I was seeing what everyone else has been seeing and saying this whole time.
After today... I truly think I have a chance. I do.
It's happening. Not one step of this has been easy. But I have not stopped. Not broken. I've put my heart and soul into this physique.

Nothing but 2 meals of dry, plain, unseasoned chicken till 2pm then plain dry fish and plain (awful) microwave rice 😶. No mic in the room is a pain, but I do have a sous vide thankfully. Warm food & ways to warm things that need heat to be palatable is taken for granted by most!
