I did something huge for myself and I’m proud of it. It’s been a long time comin, but I’ve officially gone back to school to pursue holistic health coaching!
Quick lil backstory: I graduated in 2015 with my biomedical science degree. I thought I was going to become a doctor, but had a rude awakening when I worked on an ambulance as an EMT for a couple years. I became aware of some serious flaws in the current medical system and didn’t want to be apart of it anymore. After some research, some eye opening podcasts, and a couple good books I discovered my path and soul were much better suited for health coaching. It took me a few years to figure out how to make it all happen but here we are! I’m participating in a year long online course called The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and all of their core values and teachings feel SO deeply aligned.
I haven’t even been at it for a month and I already feel serious shifts happening in my own life. I’m so damn excited for what’s to come! I’ll probably share more about it as the course continues but for now, just know that your health and well-being are the most important things in your life and that it goes farrr beyond what you put on your plate.
