I am fucking PISSED this morning. I got an email from my apartment charging me $75 for a trash violation because they claim I didn't put my trash out in the 6pm-8pm time frame.
They did this before because I was following what EVERYONE else was doing around me THE FIRST WEEK I moved in by putting my bags of trash on the curb. Literally everyone else was doing it. But no it has to be in a trash can. Okay so I paid that.
But I put my trash out at fucking 8pm last night when I usually do it at 6pm. And they're claiming I was fucking late by attaching a picture of my trash still being out at almost 1am. Like how the fuck is that proof you fucking pieces of shit you could have just left it there and taken a picture whenever you felt like it.
I swear to fucking god if they don't rescind this stupid fucking fee I'm gonna start throwing the trash in front of their offices every morning unbagged.

So there's a highly upvoted post on Reddit where a lady is talking about being cockblocked by their offspring because they got sick at school. I didn't really watch it because I didn't really have to because I already basically knew what the formula of the video was. I assume at this point the video is fairly viral on TikTok where it was originally posted
But I wanted to check the comments because it's obvious there would be a lot of trash in the comments. Of course there's a bunch of people saying how bad of a mother she is, how they hope she gets her offspring taken away, calling her a whore, saying women who do porn when they have offsprings should basically just jump off a cliff and all that
But it's amazing to me people can't see the obvious ragebait content for what it is. By giving all this attention to things like this it just encourages more and more of this kinda thing to get made. Because until you get to a certain point in recognition any attention is good attention. By feeding into the obvious ragebait and spreading it it just encourages more and more trash content to get made.
Do I believe people are shitty parents? Of course. But there's obvious ragebaiting going on by this person and because of how well it WORKED and how much attention she's receiving, even if it's negative attention, it makes copycats who will continue to make ragebait content like that.
Not interacting with stuff like that is the BEST way to counter it. But I feel like people aren't able to help themselves nowadays. They want to be keyboard warriors and act holier than thou on someone they don't even know to give themselves a small feeling of superiority. People who just want to spew filth like calling all OF girls disgusting whores, people who want to feel like a better parent than this person, and others like that.
I dunno because it feels really clear to me when I see content made for ragebait that it is intended to try and go viral in some way.
