I returned to the dentist this afternoon. The feeling I had of my crown being shoved up into my gums was pretty accurate. It did get pushed up slightly (feels like a fucking boulder shoved it lol) causing the area to be too tight. The dentist “adjusted” the crown. I felt and heard dental drills but I’m pretty sure she was slightly shaping it with a dental instrument. It feels better, but not 100%.

I’m alive but I went through hell the last 4 days! One of the worst pains ever that I have felt in my life.
Last Wednesday while flossing my teeth, I pulled out a partial crown from the upper left side of my mouth.
I am a left sided chewer. I could only eat on my right side from Wednesday through Sunday. I don’t know why, but my entire right side was in extreme pain from Friday through Sunday. My crown was replaced on the left side without any problems and no pain whatsoever.
I had a 360 x-ray done and there’s nothing wrong with the right side of my mouth. But all of a sudden the entire right side of my mouth is extremely sensitive.
If you have ever experienced tooth sensitivity, you know what I’m talking about. I had that pain on the entire right side of my face, including my jaw, head and chin for 3 days straight. The only thing that I can think of is that I was using the muscles on the right side of my face too much. I am starting to feel better today and I am hoping for a positive turnaround in the next couple of days.
