💛 Wild and Free 💛 Sometimes you just have to open the buttons and enjoy the breeze. Life is too short to live any other way but free. I really believe we are our own worst enemy and can often be responsible for holding ourselves back. We often over think, analyze, compare and get caught up on what we or what we think society thinks we should or should not do. The next time you doubt yourself or wonder if you are making a right decision I encourage you to ask yourself, does it make you happy or improve your life in a positive way? If the answer is yes then do exactly that, trust yourself that you have your own best interest. Mistakes only teach us more about ourselves, live your truths and enjoy your freedom.

💖Be Confident 💗 Listen I know it sounds cliche and you are wondering why the hell I am suggesting this beneath a photo of me with a shirt with no bra on. Just kidding I doubt you were questioning that at all. But now that I have your attention I will say it again - be confident in who you are and what you represent. That confidence is powerful because you are powerful with it. Confidence is not about looking good or knowing you look good - it is knowing that you feel good and that how you see yourself is good. Maybe you are thinking okay well how do I feel good when I am not confident? You should know that confidence comes from tons of different sources. What makes you feel confident might terrify another person and what makes them feel confident might make you extremely uncomfortable - either circumstance is completely OKAY. Maybe you feel confident about your knowledge, expertise or passion. Try to figure out a time when you felt most confident in your life and ask yourself questions as to why. The next time you are not feeling confident think back to that time you felt confident then imagine feeling it now and act as if you would in that moment. Remind yourself that you are amazing and you are enough! Positive affirmations about yourself will reinforce your new core beliefs. Telling yourself what you are not only causes doubt but telling yourself what you are - creates change. Repeat after me, I am CONFIDENT. Also, I wanted to add that it has taken me lots of mirror practice to believe my own truths (I still practice). Be patient with yourself but never stop pushing yourself towards positive changes 💗 Enjoy this photo of me in an open white lace blouse - because why not!

I wish I could be traveling around the world! 🌍✈️ Travel is really the epitome of learning! It shows us how much bigger this world really is and how lucky we are to be a part of it. Exploring the world allows us to have new experiences with different cultures, foods, traditions and lifestyles. We can leave new places with newfound knowledge, understanding, admiration or respect for the people and places we visited. The last place I traveled in the world was Central America. I can still imagine the smell of the fresh coffee beans drying, the taste of the spices of the pepian and the fresh tortillas slathered in beans in Guatemala. The sounds of the birds, taste of fresh seafood and feeling the warm wet rain on my skin in Costa Rica. Those moments last a lifetime and are much more valuable to me than any single possession. 🧳 Where are some of your favorite VACATION destinations, and why? 🏖

🎥 Catch me BEHIND the SCENES as I lay NAKED in a BATH full of TRUFFLES 🎥 This was such a fun creative set for a Truffle and Caviar brand. The idea was to cover me in truffles in the bath tub while gazing at a 24K gold covered Tomahawk Steak. After this set we shot the Tomahawk by the pool and yours truly got to take a big bite out of it for the shot. Once I had a single bite I couldn't stop and yeah I finished the rest of it on the sidelines while everyone else was huddled around watching the footage. 🙊
