Hello fellow book lovers! 📚💖 Today I want to share my thoughts on love in Erich Maria Remarque's novel The Three Comrades. 🌹 I love this novel, especially for its heartfelt story of a lost generation. 💔📖 But, you know, while reading it, I wondered about the love line and the characters. Could such a courageous and unwavering love really be real? 🤔 However, it turns out that things are not as smooth as they seem. After watching an interview with Remarque himself, I learned that his own marriage was far from happy. 😢 My romantic ideals suffered from this discovery. 💔 Lines from The Three Comrades made me think, "For it would be disgusting if love had anything to do with truth." 📜🌟 And maybe that's why the heroine of the novel couldn't live a happy life?
