- Calf Raises x45 seconds, each leg
- Lateral Hip Abductions x45 seconds, each leg

Secondly, who has anxiety? Let me tell you something (ight, let’s get real here buckle up 🤠)
I’ve dealt with anxiety and more panic attacks since this year than I ever have (seems reasonable, right?) Sometimes when I get into this hole, I tend to back away from a lot of things that bring me joy because I feel like if I don’t do it perfect, I shouldn’t do it at all.
This has been such a learning curve. I take on a lot of passions I have in my life and make them more than just hobbies. I want to capitalize off of them. I want to make something out of them. And when I feel like I’m not reaching, I sink.
Can anyone relate?
The New Year coming up has been bringing on a lot of emotions. Less excitement, more nerves and pressure.
Why am I telling you this? Because you’re not alone. The beautiful girl plastering her “perfect” life on the internet has internal struggles too and this is a safe space. 👼🏼 I love interacting with “strangers” and learning about their own lives.

I grew up playing music and have played piano since I was 7 years old. I was in school choir and plays and also taught myself guitar!
Fun fact: I wanted to be the next Taylor Swift for a long time 😂 I love music and I’m glad DJing is in my life because that’s something I can see myself doing for the long haul. Singing and playing piano/guitar is a hobby I have, and I’m so happy I have it.
