I had a really good trip to the gym yesterday after work ๐ I was worried I was going to get into a little bit of a slump when I was not feeling well so itโs nice to be back on my grind ๐ I have a lot of new cosplay stuff coming up so I want to make sure I stick to my size charts so I can fit into my specialty made suits ๐
I have been working hard to maintain a better water intake schedule because Iโm forever dehydrated ๐

Gym time is my favorite time of the day currently ๐๐ป Itโs the only time I get to be alone with my thoughts or drown them and the world out with loud music and reps๐ค I had to change my mindset about the gym to make it a positive place for me to beโ๏ธ it was a hard battle with a lot of failures and non starters ๐
but now I feel like Iโm in a good place in my relationship with fitness. If you are in a place where you feel stuck or unable .. be sure that you are not the one holding yourself back ๐ค your mindset can change your life ๐ค

Dangerous curves ahead ๐ I have really been enjoying my time behind the camera lately ๐ค being able to see the results of the hard work i have been putting in at the gym helps to drive me to keep going and not get of track. Photoshoot day with @leeholtphoto went really well! I did not shoot a lot of personal behind the scenes content because I was trying to work on concentrating on the shoot this time ๐

I used to hate trying on clothes.. nothing ever felt right. Everything bunched in weird places or felt too tight and unflattering.. till about 6 months ago ๐๐ป when I discovered my workouts had blessed me with a much more personally approved figure.. since then I have had so much fun learning what I like and what compliments my body ๐

Iโm not one to talk about health much because mine feels like a joke most of the timeโฆ because of that, I have spent the last year focusing on my mental and physical health. I made a bunch of new friends โบ๏ธ I learned a lot about myself and my needs along with getting in the best shape of my life ๐ค only to start the new year off with pain again ๐ but I have not been letting it keep me down ๐๐ป despite this aggravating kidney stone that has been hanging out with me for the past two weeks ๐ฅต I have been keeping up my work schedule and a modified version of my workout routine ๐ช๐ป which means I will still be in shape for my photoshoot this week with @leeholtphoto2 ๐๐ป I canโt wait to share the content that we make for you๐
