I'm actually walking in about 5.30am when he's turning on the lights to get in 20+min on elliptical. I crank up the resistance to work on my tight ass ππ. 1st 15min is cardio & getting warm. 8- 3min rounds & last 15min is all core. π I do this religiously 3days/wk... just shy of 8yrs now. Yes, I β€ it! Great sweat & certainly a way to work out frustrations of daily life...I've had enough of these past several years! π Hope you enjoy your dayπ

It helps to get out some irritated feelings. Just zoning out & focusing in on those powerful punches. Fyi...if the bag swings too much it means your pushing that bag with your punch. The objective is to have a very powerful & quick punch.

My legs were shaking and I bruised the left palmπ...maybe I should strap-in next timeππ€£. After the lifts, I couldn't do anymore at that weight so dropped 50 lbs off & did another 10 liftsπͺπͺπͺ

Thought I could get away just running a little on treadmill after strength training session, but only got in .5 mi in 8min. Figured if I was going that slow might as well take my boxer for a jog around the neighborhoods. Did just over 1.5 mi in 20min...not too shabby since he'd been on injured reserve π. Humidity was lower too so good morning for a runπ. Now need help loosening up this hamstringπ«...taking volunteers to massage it out for meπ. Have an awesome day y'all!

It was a volunteer plant (basically something that comes up from compost). Honestly, thought it was another spaghetti squash. I was super surprised. However, the only thing to do with it is shred it & make zucchini bread or double chocolate zucchini bread (basically tastes like brownies π). I'd have to take it into work tho as I gave up excess sugars 3 yrs ago.

This trainer's class isn't as intense as weekday trainer. π€« don't tell him I said that π€. I workout 7 days/wk so I use this class as my recovery time. π Ok...shouldn't blame it all on the trainer. I could up my game too. No water timeπ’ way too hot for Toby plus I need to meal & snack prep. Oh the fun you get to miss out onπ.

Tho as you can see with the HR monitor I still get in a great workout! Checkout those arm muscles during the split squats...shit...even I am impressed with myself π. Have a great weekend. Think I'm paddleboarding with Toby later.

Second round I opted for S-R-J vs burpeesπ¬. π€ I'm wondering how sore I'll be. Oh, in case you're wondering...yes, I sleep in workout clothes...ZERO EXCUSES!!!

Will say some things aren't as large as they appear π...I don't think my arm muscles are as big. I still think they look chunky when they are resting at my sideπ¬. You can see the calves firing away again. 1 hr boxing & 20min on elliptical π
